Application Developer / Analyst
GO Wireline is seeking an Application Developer/Analyst to develop and support the core business system. The position will be full time and located in either Williston, ND or Greeley CO.
Job Summary:
The Application Developer/Analyst processes client needs and requirements and develops web based software applications to meet the needs of the oil and gas service business. The full stack .NET developer uses Visual Studio and the C# programming language along with technologies such as Entity Framework, MVC and Blazor frameworks, Bootstrap, Telerik, Azure web services and others. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web-based software application development and the ability to interact with and understand the needs of functional business units.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and define application requirements
- Develop software solutions based on client requirements
- Perform primary testing
- Provide user support
- Manage multiple projects at once
- Stay on track of the application lifecycle and work to deadlines
- Remain current on technology trends
Qualifications:
- Technical proficiencies: C#, LINQ/Entity Framework (SQL), MVC, Blazor (Web Assembly and Server), Bootstrap, SCSS/CSS, GIT
- Proven experience in web-based software application development
- Experience in data design, database creation, and data services programming
- Knowledge of software design and programming principles
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Web Services
- Experience with project lifecycle processes and source code tracking systems
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Position Details and Benefits:
- Full-time, on location, in Williston, ND or Greeley, CO
- Staff position working with consultant team
- Some travel is required
- Wage range: $80,000 - $110,000
